You’ll receive a brief summary of findings and next steps, with a follow-up a few days later. Some issues need equipment changes or help from your internet provider; a fix isn’t guaranteed.

How do I check whether my home is in the service area?
Choose Lafayette, Orinda or Moraga in the inquiry form and briefly describe your Wi-Fi issue. You don’t need to provide a street address in your initial inquiry. I’ll confirm location and availability with you before arranging a visit.
Do you visit homes outside Lamorinda?
This free offering is currently focused on Lafayette, Orinda and Moraga. If you’re unsure whether your location fits, choose “Other” in the form and include your city. I’ll let you know whether I can help before you make any plans.
When are visits available?
Monday–Friday, with a time agreed together. I’ll respond to your inquiry within one business day, usually the same day. Availability is confirmed personally; submitting the form doesn’t book an appointment.
Does the visit include wiring or installing new equipment?
The free session focuses on troubleshooting with existing equipment and connections. It doesn’t include new wiring, electrical work, equipment purchases or ongoing support. We’ll talk through your situation before the visit so you know what to expect.
